I am smart, strong, powerful, passionate, confident, and beautiful

I deserve to be treated with respect, honor, kindness, gentleness and love

I have made many mistakes in the past, but that does not dictate who I am today or who I will become.

It is my duty to not become a statistic or fall into the category of the unproductive or unsuccessful

I am a person of integrity, character, courage, dignity..., wisdom, strength and honor

Isn't it amazing to know that there is no one else in the world like you.

No other person has your smile, your walk, your talk, your personality, your ideas, your strengths, your outlook or perception of things.

No one else has your grace, beauty, character or integrity.

Your style, your profile, your taste, your looks, your creativity, your passion, your attitude or your nature.

Only you are the real you.

And that's amazing!

Your dreams are not far-fetched, they may only make sense to you. The people around you may not understand or even agree with you, because it's not their vision-  so it is not for them to see. We all have dreams. So keep them close to your heart, run with them, and don't allow anything or anyone to deter you from going after them. So friend, keep on dreaming and one day your dreams will come true.

Sometimes we are afraid, afraid to face our fears. Afraid to face those that have hurt us so bad. Sometimes we become a prisoner within our own selves. But now it's time, time to let go of the hurt and pain, the tears and misery, the heartaches and mistakes. They are gone, let it go, let him go, let her go. Let go of the sorrow, I know you have been deeply wounded. Let go of your past and hold on to your tomorrow. You cannot fly if you are burdened down. You cannot live if you are hiding in that place where no one can reach you, that place where you feel safe. That place where you use to dwell before your innocence, dignity,courage or confidence was taken. Come away from behind the curtains, get out from behind that wall, break out of that box, and LIVE!!!!!!!!!

Fly little butterfly fly

Fly and spread your wings

Soar high in the sky

Your wings have been tattered, broken, scarred

Yet you don't stop living

You don't stop trying

You don't stop flying

You never give up

You have been hit by the debris of life

Through much storms you have flew

You do not become despondent

Because you know it is HE who sees you through

You have been through much pain

It seems life has spit you out

and soaked you in the rain

The days are gone my little butterfly

When you used to be in a cocoon

Gone are the days when you would dream of being happy soon

The days are over when people and life would make you feel insecure

You have survived the tests and trials for sure

So just as sure as the rainbow will never lose its colors

My love for you will never fade

I love you more than you know my little butterfly

And so I know you will be forever in my heart

So fly my little butterfly

Fly and see the view

Of the brand new things,

Dreams, hopes, grandeur that is waiting for you

The Power of God is able to do anything.

The Strength of God is able to lift anything.

The Love of God is able to bear anything.

The Peace of God is able to sustain anything.

The Spirit of God is able to move anything.

The Might of God is able to carry anything.

The Grace of God will keep you through anything.

Life is unpredictable.

We never know what's up ahead.

Try to make the best of every situation.

The hurdles that you can't go over, go around.

The challenges you can't change, work through them.

Don't run away from the giants in your life, face them.

The mountains that are in your way,

Muster up the courage and strength that lies within you and

But I am priceless, rare, a treasure.........a gift

I now see myself through God's eyes

So whether I am in my little black dress or sweats

Stilettos, sneakers or flip-flops

I am GORGEOUS

It's not in the way I seek to please

Or the way I make macaroni and cheese

It's my charisma, grace and energy

That's why I don't need synergy

I am a genuine, loving, caring, compassionate soul

Misunderstood at times, yet bold

I love being me, I have come to grips with who I am

The  person who I was created to be

 I'm in love with the real me,

And to tell you the truth..........

Now it comes naturally
